HorseCityStore.com accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Discover/Novus, MasterCard, VISA. No COD's.

SALES TAX
Only charged to Georgia State residents.

Shipping

Our standard shipping method is Standard Ground Delivery, though during holiday season we may offer faster methods. Customers living in the U.S. and U.S. territories who select Standard Ground shipping should receive their orders within 5 to 10 business days. If desired, faster methods are available. Air delivery services are available to most areas of the continental United States, for in-stock items only. These services are not available to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

ORDER STATUS INQUIRIES
Upon completion of your order, a screen will appear that confirms your order. In addition, an e-mail confirmation, with a summary of your order and order number.

Returns

Since HorseCityStore.com has several manufacturers, the Return Policy and Address is unique for each manufacturer. For the best service, please contact us at 1-817-569-7149, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.

Also, when you do return your items, please return them with copy of invoice and indicate reason for return and how to be refunded. If payment was made by credit card we will issue a credit back to your card. Special order items cannot be returned.

Backorders

If an item is backordered and you have additional items on your order we will ship in-stock merchandise immediately and backordered items as they become available. You are only billed for the products that are shipped - backordered items will not be billed/charged until they have been shipped out.

PRIVACY POLICY
HorseCityStore.com’s mission is to provide you exceptional service and products! In a few areas on our web site we ask you to provide personal information (ie. name, address, telephone, e-mail), we will never sell or rent your telephone or e-mail information to third party marketers.
We ask for your billing address, which we use to authorize your credit card. Periodically, we may make customer address information available to providers of products that we think may be of interest to you.
